MFPP - August

Our August edition of Malabrigo Freelance Pattern Project is really spectacular! 'Sailing to Byzantium', by Jennifer Dassau is inspired by the art and architecture of ancient Constantinople, but the shapes and patterns are anything but ancient. You'll love her modern but beautiful take on colorwork and lace. These are great patterns to finish off your summer with - small knits that will turn into a very warm wardrobe!

Make a set with the Lattice Mittens, Minaret Hat and Sofya Cowl, or mix and match for your favorite look. These look amazing in the refined colors of the collection, but in Malabrigo Worsted you can make them in nearly any color combo! If colorwork isn't your thing, you can try either of Jennifer's lovely shawls - beautiful knits that are sure to teach you new techniques and leave you with something lovely to wrap around your neck!
